We produce crown caps made of crown type metal cap with a liner for corking of a glass bottle with food liquid.

Crown cap is produced as an uncorking (type pry-off, liner profile 916 under SACMI specification) and twisting ( type twist-off, liner profile 917 under SACMI specification)

MATERIALS

Only imported paints, metal and compound is used for production, that allows to reach first-class quality of the products.

All the materials, delivered to the plant, have hygienic certificates and pass strict control during the process of twist off cap production.

CUSTOMIZATION

Upon the customer’s request, it is possible to apply a lithographic print of any complexity including slide print. Upon the customer’s request the twist off cap can include the design with any quantity of colors.

Also other types of decoration can be used: raised figure (milling), foil stamping, design element, visible only under UV-light and etc.

PLASTIZOL

Plastizol is a special internal coating used in the production of twist off caps. It provides the corking tightness. We use two types of plastizol

for pasteurization for sterilization

Used for following means of corking: Pasteurization in the autoclave with the temperature up to 1050С and backpressure up to 1,8 ± 0,2 atm. Machine corking (twist off cap preheating can be applied using hot air, crocking with steam or without it and without further processing.

Manual corking (can be used without steam and further processing). Cold or hot filling (corking with steam, in the cold jar, with steam irrigation or in the autoclave T<1000С without backpressure).

Used for following means of corking: Sterilization in the autoclave with the temperature up to 121 0С, and backpressure up to 1,8 ± 0,2 atm.

QUALITY

An essential condition for twist off production is tight and constant quality control of the products.

Twist off cap is tested in accordance with its purpose. The process of corking and tightness is simulated; the moment of opening is checked.

All the products are certified and have the permission of Center hygienic examination for use in the food industry.
